Our Courier Partner
We ship all orders via GDEX (GD Express), one of Malaysia's trusted courier services. Every order will be assigned a tracking number once it has been dispatched.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 working days
- Sabah: 1–2 working days
- Sarawak: 2–4 working days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your GDEX tracking number. You can track your parcel at www.gdexpress.com.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging all Pokémon card orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Cards are securely packed to minimize movement and prevent damage during transit.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@rakkikado.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with GDEX to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
