Cancellation policy
At Rakki Kado, we want to be transparent about how purchases involving subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy arrangements work. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or has not yet been released. By completing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Full payment or a partial deposit may be collected at checkout.
- Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for the remaining balance upon fulfillment.
- Estimated fulfillment dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change.
Cancellations are not permitted once a pre-order has been placed. Should a cancellation be requested and approved at our sole discretion, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund issued to cover processing and administrative costs.
